Every motorcycle delivered through Hamza Haleem Motors is backed by rigorous factory QA testing and official manufacturer warranty clauses across all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
1. Traction Battery & Power Electronics
Full manufacturer warranty covering Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cell degradation below 70% state-of-health, internal short circuits, Battery Management System (BMS) failure, and charging connector faults under standard operating conditions.
2. Electric Motor & Intelligent Controller
Complete repair or replacement coverage for the high-torque BLDC motor against stator coil burnouts, bearing damage, hall sensor malfunctions, and electronic speed controller (ESC) motherboard logic errors.
3. Chassis, Frame & Structural Components
Covers structural cracks, robotic weld seam failures, and robotic frame alignment defects on genuine MS Jaguar models. Excludes damage resulting from unauthorized stunting, road collisions, or third-party frame alterations.
4. Claim Verification & Inspection Protocol
Warranty inspections are conducted at the Hamza Haleem Motors Central Flagship in Khanpur. Customers must present the original vehicle allotment receipt, computerized warranty card, and ensure no unauthorized third-party electrical modifications have been spliced into the wiring harness.
HOW TO INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Physical inspection and warranty claims are processed exclusively at Hamza Haleem Motors Flagship (Quaid-e-Millat Road, Khanpur) with original allotment invoice.
Please ensure your allotment book and computerized warranty card are available prior to arrival. Unauthorized electrical splicing or non-OEM battery modifications will void active warranties.
