TERMS OF BOOKING & VEHICLE ALLOTMENT

To initiate a confirmed vehicle allotment for any MS Jaguar electric motorcycle or petrol unit, customers must submit an advance deposit (Rs. 10,000/- for standard models or 20% for fleet allotments). Upon validation of the payment slip, Hamza Haleem Motors issues a computerized Allotment Order with a Price Lock Guarantee, shielding the customer from factory price revisions during standard lead times.

All vehicle bookings are registered exclusively against a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or computerized National Tax Number (NTN). The final vehicle sales certificate, factory invoice, and excise registration documentation will be drawn strictly in the legal name of the registered applicant. Booking transfers to third parties require written approval prior to VIN assignment.

Standard manufacturing and assembly lead times are estimated at 10 to 20 working days from deposit confirmation, subject to color selection and battery capacity. In the event of unforeseen industrial disruptions, port customs delays on imported cells, or nationwide logistical road closures, Hamza Haleem Motors will notify the customer with updated dispatch tracking schedules.

Every motorcycle undergoes a multi-point computerized diagnostic check covering BLDC motor torque, controller firmware, LFP cell balance, hydraulic brake pressure, and cosmetic finish before handover. Customers taking delivery at our Khanpur Flagship or receiving nationwide door-to-door transport must sign the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) certificate confirming vehicle perfection.

Customers may cancel an active booking for a 100% full refund of the deposit amount at any time prior to chassis/VIN allocation. Once a unique Vehicle Identification Number has been formally assigned to the assembly queue, an administrative handling deduction of 5% may apply. Approved refunds are processed via crossed bank cheque or IBFT within 7 business days.

Vehicle ownership handover activates the official Hamza Haleem Motors dealership support network and the MS Jaguar 5-Year LFP Battery & 3-Year Motor Warranty. Customers must adhere to authorized maintenance schedules and avoid unauthorized electrical splicing or third-party battery bypasses to maintain coverage validity.
